This is a special DVD video for fans of Basic Brewing without broadband. On this DVD-R, you'll find the four episodes of Basic Brewing Video dedicated to the experiment of making a single six-pack IPA. We take you from brewing to bottling and then drinking this unique brew.

In the final episode, Steve whips up a delicious scallop and shrimp rice dish spiced with habanero pepper to go along with the beer. You'll also see the infamous double-priming incident where we add two priming drops to one of the bottles in the confusion of bottling.
